CMX Rigs aims to provide the best aftersales service currently available in the market and to do so, we have put into place, our online technical support and onsite service team.

We offer onsite service for 3 years after date of purchase for all desktop computers purchased from CMX Rigs. 
This service is applicable to any hardware defect that cannot be solved using video calls or remote desktop access.
This service is available across Kerala and all tier 1 and tier 2 cities across India.

Service charges :
There will not be any additional service charge for on site service during the 3 year period after purchase. 
However, we will be charging cost of transport to and from the location of the customer.
This transport charge shall be waived off for customers in Trivandrum and Kannur.

Our online tech support staff will be available from 8 am to 12 pm on all days including Sundays.
